What the service currently does
ServiceNudge provides an HVAC service-request intake flow, a private workspace for a company to review requests and update their status, and a contractor-specific public booking page that checks the company’s configured appointment availability. Selecting an available opening creates a lead and appointment record in that company’s workspace. The app does not sync the appointment to an external calendar.Contractors can configure consent-aware email follow-up sequences. Each homeowner must separately choose email follow-up, and app-wide delivery remains disabled until the owner authorizes the Polsia email proxy and verifies the sender. Automated response and qualification workflows are available in simulation; live SMS requires an approved messaging provider to be connected and verified. Each contractor can share a ServiceNudge booking page with real openings from its configured schedule; external calendar sync is not available. External calendar sync is not available.
Contractors can configure ordered, consent-aware email follow-up and pause a company or lead. Automated email delivery is disabled app-wide by default. A provider acceptance record does not confirm that a recipient received an email. Demo conversation responses are simulated and are not sent to homeowners.
Accounts and company responsibilities
The app includes company accounts and company-scoped service-request workspaces. The company must define account eligibility, access and permissions, acceptable use, and account-security terms before this page is treated as a final agreement.
The company must also define its responsibilities for information submitted by homeowners, responses to requests, and any onward sharing before this page is treated as a final agreement.
