Billing & Cancellation

Current checkout details are listed below. Cancellation, refund, renewal, and failed-payment terms still require confirmation.

Plans shown at checkout

The current checkout offers three monthly plans with a 7-day free trial. The selected monthly price begins after the trial, and checkout displays the selected terms before continuing.

  • Starter: $149 per month after the trial; 100 unique inbound inquiries per month.
  • Growth: $299 per month after the trial; 300 unique inbound inquiries per month.
  • Scale: $499 per month after the trial; 750 unique inbound inquiries per month.

Every plan includes automated response and qualification workflows in simulation, consent-aware email follow-up sequences, contractor-specific public booking page, human takeover, lead dashboard, conversation history.

Contractors can configure consent-aware email follow-up sequences. Each homeowner must separately choose email follow-up, and app-wide delivery remains disabled until the owner authorizes the Polsia email proxy and verifies the sender. Automated response and qualification workflows are available in simulation; live SMS requires an approved messaging provider to be connected and verified. Each contractor can share a ServiceNudge booking page with real openings from its configured schedule; external calendar sync is not available.

A billable lead is one unique inbound customer inquiry, not each message or reply.

Lead handling continues when a monthly allowance is reached. No automatic overage charge is added.

Checkout continues to a hosted Stripe payment page. The app's checkout route requests monthly recurring billing and a 7-day trial.

Managing a subscription

An eligible signed-in account can open the hosted subscription-management portal from its dashboard. The app requests a portal session and returns the account to /dashboard when the portal session ends.

The app code does not establish which cancellation actions the hosted portal currently offers or when a cancellation takes effect. The owner must confirm the portal's current options and cancellation timing before publishing final instructions.

Terms that still need confirmation

  • The owner must specify refund eligibility, amounts, and the request process.
  • The owner must specify subscription renewal and payment-failure handling. Checkout currently requests a 7-day trial.
  • The owner must specify any applicable taxes, payment fees, grace periods, or billing notices.
